The Façade of the Home

The façade (exterior) of the home is one of five available for the 1661 sq ft home available from KB Home in the Presidio del Cielo subdivision.  In particular this one is supposed to look like a craftsman style home with two craftsman style columns surrounding the door entry area.

You can see the original design from the architect in the hand drawing to the right, and the actual picture of the home below.  The finished product looks pretty similar to  the architect's plan.

In addition the picture below gives you a good idea of how well established the landscape is around the home.  These drought tolerant plants in the front of the home are maintained by the Homeowner's Association (HOA) as part of the monthly HOA fee (which also gives you access to the fitness club, many pools, and water park).  With this home there's an easy lifestyle with no maintenance needed on the exterior landscaping of the home!

The exterior of the home is done in a stucco finish, with a tile roof, which will outlast any composite shingle roof. In addition, all the windows are double pane, and all have their original screen windows, and are all in excellent condition.

The ground floor exterior window on the right also features faux shutters painted in the same color as the front door.
