Why Are You Selling?

This always seems to be one of the question that buyers want to know the answer to.  Why is the seller selling their home?

We bought 24 W. Paseo Celestial as a brand new home in 2009 and we have loved this home.  We used it as a vacation home, only living in it around 2 months out of each year, leaving the home empty when we were not using it.  Basically, the home was purchased as a vacation home to use when we are in Sahuarita visiting family (who also own their own home in Rancho Sahuarita).

So why are we selling?  We're selling because we decided we needed a single story home to make getting around easier as we get older, since stairs are getting harder to manage.  We really liked the KB Home section of Rancho Sahuarita, so we bought a single story house on W. Calle La Bolita, in the same KB Home section of Rancho Sahuarita, so who ever buys our house on 24 W. Paseo Celestial, we'll be neighbors.

We moved into our new home in early August, and put up our house on Paseo Celestial for sale shortly afterwards.  We hope the owners enjoy the house on Paseo Celestial as much as we have.
